Dear Mr. Horowitz and Mr. LeBeau,
I have published this communication as an open letter on Michael-Evan-Horowitz.com, a non-official website on you Mr. Horowitz, and on Jason-LeBeau.dojoig.com, a non-official website on you Mr. LeBeau.
I kindly request your understanding and patience with the methods I have employed. The McDonald’s case, which the U.S. Department of Justice knew, or ought to have known about since at least the summer/fall of 2019, involves serious criminal activities by McDonald’s Corporation and its accomplices. This case demands urgent transparency due to its significant public interest and profound global impact.
The repercussions of these activities have been profoundly detrimental worldwide, highlighting serious failings in both the French and American judicial systems.
I am currently subjected to what can only be described as an informal gag order, which could be construed as a form of blackmail, witness tampering, obstruction of justice, and could even border on extortion. This situation is wholly unacceptable, and you may not be fully aware of its extent. However, I will be providing you with a full disclosure shortly.
I have filed a complaint with the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) via the official platform: https://oig.justice.gov/hotline/employee-or-program-complaint/form
Given the complexity of this global case involving McDonald’s Corporation and its accomplices, the online complaint form can’t possibly convey the full scope of what has happened. Therefore, I have provided a link in my submission to the OIG, which grants access to all communications I have sent thus far to Senator Grassley, Senator Romney, and Empower Oversight, among others.

This documentation includes all communications shared to date with key stakeholders. [REDACTED]
Moving forward, I will include you in the email trail and mailing list for ongoing updates and explanations. If you wish, please familiarize yourselves with the content of these communications as I will continue to submit updates to Senator Grassley, Senator Romney, Empower Oversight, and other relevant parties. However, in my next email, I will include a brief summary of the key points discussed previously before delving into the money laundering aspects of this case.

If establishing direct contact with the DOJ’s OIG presents challenges, I urge you to find a way to create a legal avenue for direct communication.
Yours sincerely,
Vincent B. Le Corre
